Gimli, Dalur, Rakka, and Galinn meet at the dwarven embassy in Laketown, where they make plans to rescur the abducted Barding nobleman Gelbard.

Plans and a revelation (IC)
Gimli has a little get together with Grevin and Jobrand, and they discuss some more about Gelbard's abduction. However, afetr some other bardings arrive, and specially after some elves appear, Gimli withdraws.

Battle on the road! (IC)
The dwarven caravan coming from Mirkwood is beset by outlaws as they travel home. Battle ensues... and who will win?

Braldor gets together with Dinur and Dugan to chit-chat by a goodly fire just outside Esgaroth.

An Old Friend (IC)
Lord Gelbard of Dale meets Thorak, Justiciar of the Baruk Zirak, upon the Grand Staircase of the Lonely Mountain. The two converse on the topic of war and an old friend.

A Brawl One Morning (IC)
Who said Seahild was soft and not prone to flare out? Just insult her spouse's memory to see. Gloin and Gilon had to calm her down or some dwarves would have had to remember who the barber is.

Music and Promise (IC)
A dwarf is playing in the middle of the town square, attracting the attention of a child and his mother.

...But it can Embarrass Him (IC)
Thari and Bavor are lead toward the museum by Seahild in order to see the mask. Only, the door was locked and a bit of prying broke the handle right off of it without getting it open. Khazar rules this out, so no Ereborian dwarves lose face, after all.

Curiosity Can't Kill the Dwarf (IC)
Seahild is yet again eating with the elves. Though something in the museum attracts his attention.

An Elf With an Axe? (IC)
Cooking and arguing abou the fact, Kelis is teaching an elf to use an axe. Inappropriate, according to Seahild; Elves would be too immature for that.

Elven Breakfast (IC)
A dwarf takes advantage of the water and the sea breeze to make laundry when an invitation to breakfast takes him into an elven home.

The Barber and the Warder (IC)
A barber meets a warder and talks of mundane topics.

Extending the Limits (IC)
A mother allows her child to go further than he ever will without being a grown-up. She meets another Dwarf and escapes with the youngster before any conversation is made with the elf accompanying them.

A Small Talk (IC)
Gloin stands by a pillar admiring the carvings on it when Dis and Gimip come and have a talk about the things going on.

Some dwarves are preparing a fire to cook the rabbit Gilim the toy maker catched.

Everything But The Kitchen Ewer (IC)
The Erebor dwarves are crossing the border of Imladris and are welcome by,at first, concealed elves. They reavealed themselves, eventually. These cordial guides advised the dwarves about the state of the path. Some wagons have to be left behind. Not all the dwarves are agreeing in leaving them full of goods. Who said dwarves are all gruffness? They can be so gut-busting. Especially when they are rebuff at leaving their stuff behind despite the slope awaiting them.

Oh!Stuff it! (IC)
Where an axe to grind about keeping quiet in the early morning turns out to be a pot calling a kettle black. Sometimes, between cousins, If it's not one thing, it's another.

Hammering an idea (IC)
Gloin happens upon the armorsmith Bavor, who works late at night. As both begin to talk, Bavor comes with an idea on how to deal with the monster that haunts the lake of the Iron Hills.

Gilon's Buriel (IC)
The Dwarves gather to bury their fallen comrade and warder Gilon. Many dwarves speak, and much sadness fills the air.

Pipeweed trading (IC)
Braldor meets with Sulo in Waymeet, and both continue on their negotiation for Sulo's pipeweed. Will Braldor be successful?

Kelis and Khazar, round two! (IC)
Kelis pays a call to Khazar's tent on a cold autumn day, and their disagreement soon escalates into heated words. Kelis is supported by Kheon and Nari, who entered seemingly by accident, further angering the Justiciar...

Brush with an orc (IC)
Gloin and Norin (NPC) go outside from the dwarven camp, and there they're met by the orc Loburz. The orc succeeds in hurting Norin, but then meets the wrath of the dwarven lord. Gloin is then aided by the appearance of Khazar and two warders (NPCs), and the orc turns tail as it finds himself with such odds. Gloin and Khazar agree on heightening the patrols and security measures around the camp till they reach safer lands.

Violation of Discipline (IC)
Khazar does not pay attention to the Healer Kelis' warning and decides to pay the injured warder Gilon a visit. The Justiciar Khazar confronts Gilon, asking her to explain her actions two nights ago. Gilon was a bit banged up in the head and did not see her error.

Looking for answers with the elves (IC)
Gloin meets Varinya and Galador in the Library of Rivendell. Will he also find the answers he's looking for?

A Bitter Battle in the High pass (IC)
The Dwarven Caravan made its way down the western side of the Misty Mountains only to run into an unpleasant group of orcs enforcing what they feel is "their land." A mighty battle ensues in which Dwarves, Men, and Eagles fight together against the Orcs and Wargs

Gloin meets with the Beorning child Erland, the beorning woman Hilde, and the Imladhrim elf Rhunedhel. What can such a meeting mean?

Four dwarves, three humans, and an Elf were in a dining room... (IC)
Braldor and Thari share breakfast and chat when Bolinar joins them. Also the Elf Fealos appears, and a surly and large man called Mobeorn too. The Baijabar's temper gets the best of him while Elisabet and Brynjolf try to reason with him, while Gilon silently tries to protect her cousins.

As dawn comes (IC)
Nalala and Gloin meet by a fire in the dwarven camp. They talk a bit while sharing some sausages, and then Drazdin joins them.

The Heart of the Mountain (IC)
Gloin and Nalala, both seeking some quiet, meet by chance in the tomb of Thorin Oakenshield.

Burdol and Kelis give their oaths at the crown of the Lonely Mountain.

The Elvenking's embassy (IC)
Gloin and Nalala find the elf Titheniel, who has come with some representatives of the Elvenking Thranduil. Melchor joins them, newly arrived from his trip to the South of the Dale-lands. What's the elves' business in Erebor?

En route to Erebor (IC)
Gloin meets Nalala just outside the in of Ritha Muireog. They talk about the journey they have started before going to get some breakfast.

A friendly (?) get together of dwarven lords (IC)
Gloin and Dwalin meet in the Great Hall of the Iron Hills. After exchanging greetings, the conversations soon goes towards the monter of the lake and the trip to Mithlond. What does each dwarf-lord say?

On the Road Again (IC)
Late morning at the Earless Elf finds a few dwarves filtering in for an early lunch. Among them is Drazdin, Kelis, and Burdol, all of whom make light conversation in the near-empty tavern. Eventually, Drazdin retires to do his own business, and Kelis and Burdol discuss a caravan of merchants and warders that is to depart soon.

About monsters and trips (IC)
Gloin meets with Fealos in a cavern just adjacent to the lake of Emyn Engrin. Conversation ensues about the creature of the lake, and then elf and dwarf agree to go to Mithlond seeking for knowledge about it.

Whispers of Travels (IC)
Skelling is contemplating the impending Bundazanul trade exploit. Kelis persuades him into telling all, and the two conspire to be included in the trip. Tatharwen and her husband Fealos appear, and Kelis discusses *something* of great importance with her.

Plans (IC)
Braldor meets bavor in the Guild Hall of the Iron Hills, where they discuss about an important business plan of theirs.

Bundazanul Rumors and Plans (IC)
Bavor and Braldor meet in the busy market square and discuss the latest disturbing news. Before departing, Braldor explains a secret plan for his cousin to join in on.

Hot springs and idle talk (IC)
Gloin meets Tatharwen in the hot sprins of Emyn Engrin, as the elven lady takes a bath. Gloin goes into one of the pools too, and conversation about different matters ensues.

Lakeside Serpant (IC)
On the first day of the Yule Festival in Emyn Engrin the Dwarves meet a rather unexpected guest. The thing appearing to be some kind of Serpant attacks a few Warders of Emyn Engrin.

Path Walking (IC)
Along the mist covered path of Gror's Way, a few dwarves find time to walk and talk. Some of the conversation is pleasant, and some is not so.

A meeting in the Foyer (IC)
Gloin meets Gilon and the Elf Fealos. After exchanging some news about the Yule Contests with the Elf, and about Gilon's wedding when Fealos leaves, they all part ways.

An Elf in the Market Square (IC)
Tatharwen walks around the market square of Emyn Engrin, outside the pub of the Earless Elf. Gloin and Warder Gilon walk along and meet up with her, talking about how she misses the Grey Havens in the West.

Consent to Marriage (IC)
Snow blankets the slopes of Barazahar on the afternoon of the eleventh day of December. But beneath the rock many dwarves make merry in their firelit taverns and forges. Near the temple of Mahal, however, two dwarves, Burdol and Kelis, happen upon each other. Small talk ensues, but after many months of consideration, Burdol asks for Kelis' hand in marriage.

Iron Sharpens Iron (IC)
Two dwarves, Thrak and Kelis, butt heads as their paths cross by the shore of the Iron Hill's lake very early in the morning.

Permission to Propose (IC)
The Locksmith Burdol visits the residence of Dari, father of Kelis, to deliver a barrel of mead. However, as the elder dwarf expects, Burdol requests permission to propose to the healer Kelis. A thorough round of father questioning follow.

Homecoming Celebrations (IC)
On a night soon after arriving in the Iron Hills, some dwarves exit from the Earless Elf pub, and/or buy and sell flutes. Also, there is an elf involved, with ears hopefully intact. (Nari is NPC'd by Kelis)

Arrival to the Iron Hills (IC)
The merchant caravan finally arrives to the Iron Hills, led by Braldor. At the Gate of Emyn Engrin, the Thane exchanges a few words with the elf Fealos, while Gilon tries to overhear the conversation without being noted.

Nearer and Nearer to Emyn Engrin (IC)
At dawn Kelis, Gunli and Gilon wake up to continue on their journy. Kelis suprisingly wakes up from Braldor's tent! Gunli and Gilon later decide to have breakfast at the inn.

Of Home and History (IC)
Mid-afternoon at the Longbeard Tavern finds many dwarves gathering for an early lunch, among whom is Burdol Greylock. Joining the crowds, however, are two of the mountain's visitors, the Lord Fealos and Lady Tatharwen. The three come to discuss the histories of their races and the road that will eventually lead all three to Emyn Engrin.

Talk of Swords and Tomes (IC)
Late night finds the Lonely Mountain, for once, apparently lonely as dwarves slumber comfortably in their beds. But not all are asleep this night, for a busy Skald is confronted by an old friend as the two talk business. Later, they are joined by another late-nighter and the discussion turns to talk of ancient tomes and old aquintances.

Gilon and Gunli (IC)
Gilon spots Gunli in the Longbeard tavern and decides to join Gunli for a drink. Gloin comes along and stirrs things up a bit.

Ale and chatter (IC)
Braldor joins Bavor in the Dragon's Breath Tavern, where they exchange some ale and chatter about the visiting elves, and about the relationships between dwarves and elves.

Merry Greetings and Strange Whispers (IC)
Dawn at the Longbeard Den finds two dwarves in merry talk, while a third takes rest from a long night of duty. But what's this, the King in the Longbeard Den? The morning is greeted with strange whispers, but a cheerful reunion as well.

A talk at the Traders way; ale, knives and women. (IC)
Mid Afternoon (1500) on Mersday, Day 26 of July 3031: Hall of Grar or The Trader's way as they call it, was filled with merchants as usual; some setting up their stalls, some taking 'em down again. Wardens standing guard, people looking at all the exciting wares. An elf, for example. Asgar stands guard, and meets his Noldo friend, Fealos. They talk for a while, then Drukin jumps in, they talk for a while, then Grundol (temp alt by Gimli) jumps in, they talk for a while. - :) Fun RP concerning alcohol, arms added the correct amount of romantic.

Bavor seeks out the sub-guildmaster Braldor for the purpose of procuring a new weapon.

A talk about elves (IC)
Not as busy as other days, the "Traders Way" still is crowded with merchants, trying to make a living. Asgar stands guard, and meets a friend - Gunli. Brokk and Kheo joins, both for a smoke and a talk - concerning elves. -This was also Kheo and Brokks first roleplay at Erebor!-

A fine morning (IC)
As the sun still rises making a very fine morning, Gloin sits at the Emerald hall, having a smoke. Soon, elven lady Tatharwen enters the hall, greeting Gloin. Asgar, who is allready up, although he has todays nightshift soon enters too, a very comfortable talk of tales and old memories are brought up. Lady Krinan joins the conversation. Wine and Asgars homebrewed ale is shared, as the conversation goes on.

Travelling elves from... Dale? (IC)
Two elves were invited by Grunir to come and see Erebor, when they met in Dale, and so they decided to do; The sun was shining, making a beautiful day in middle-earth. Asgar stands guard at the front gate of Erebor, as two elves all clad in armor makes their way up to the front gate. Soon, Drukin and also Gunli were at the hotspot, talking with the elves.

Travel plans (IC)
Braldor meets with Kelis at the Emerald Hall, where they exchange some words about thier future plans of going to the Iron Hills. As Braldor departs, Asgar comes into the Hall, and a brief exchange happens between Braldor and Asgar.

Audience with the King (IC)
Justiciar Thorak Silverfist enters Dain's Audience Chamber and reports of the Baruk Zirak's campaign in Mirkwood.

Small get-together at dawn (IC)
Asgar and Gloin meet in the Longbeard Tavern, where they share some ale and comment on the mission of the Baraz Gathol, and about Asgar's limp.

Midnight Snack (IC)
It's 4am in Erebor, and not many are awake. Skelling is enjoying a very late meal, when he is happened upon by Braldor and Kelis. The dwarven men-folk discuss trade, and hard work that leads into the night. Kelis and Braldor speak very briefly of travelling before both depart.

A strange meeting by the Long Lake (IC)
Grunir meets two elves who hail from the Grey Havens. They chat a bit about different topics, including a possible visit of the elves to Erebor.

Of cousins and work (IC)
Kelis comes to her cousin's Braldor's chambers, where they have a small chat. Soon they're joined by Bavor, who comes with a newly made hauberk to be examined. Tempers are held in check this time, as Bavor and Braldor are civil to each other this time, while Kelis looks protectively after her little cousin.

Barding wine-merchant arrives! (IC)
Lady Krinan of House Girion arrives to Erebor with a cart loaded with wine and other goods for trading. She's greeted by Gloin and a curious Kelis.

Talk of Abroad (IC)
Late afternoon in the open courtyard of the Beorning village finds three dwarves in conversation: Kelis, Burdol, and Thrak. After a time, Thrak bids the group farewell to attend to his own business, leaving Burdol and Kelis to discuss the soon-to-be departure of the Baruk Zirak and the Wilderland Wayfayers. After a somewhat tense discussion, it is agreed that Kelis shall return with the Warders and Burdol with the Wayfayers. The two end their talk with a deal before heading back into the village.

An after-work drink (IC)
Grot, Gloin, and Tholin meet by chance in the Longbeard Tavern, where they discuss different topics.

Going home? (IC)
Kelis and Runir meet beside the fishing hole that lies near the Beorning Village. There they talk about the trip back to erebor, among other things.

An Inch of Improvement (IC)
A rainy evening finds two dwarves awake in the Beorning village infirmiry; one injured in battle, the other tending to him. Though there seems to be little improvement in his condition, Burdol manages to hold a short conversation with his healer, Kelis, before the two both drift into sleep.

Mirkwood Massacre (IC)
On the western borders of Mirkwood, along the Old Forest Road, an encampment of Dwarves is visited by both men of the Anduin Vale and orcs of Mordor on a rainy night.

Guild Room Blowup (IC)
Early morning finds the sun rising. But also tempers, and it seems one apprentice simply cannot take criticism. Harsh words are exchanged between Braldor and Bavor. And the morning calm is ruined.

Healing in the Infirmary (IC)
Late afternoon when Hilde inspects the Beorning infirmary. She encounters Thorak who lies wounded in a bed, bleeding with two arrows set in his torso. She quickly tends to him, tugging the arrows from his body and applying fresh cloth. Weak and weary, Thorak mumbles a thank-you and falls asleep.

A New Armorsmith Apprentice (IC)
Bavor completes the task set out for him by Braldor. But will it meet the Sub-Guildmaster's standards?

An Offer By The Forge (IC)
Bavor is forging new iron darts late at night when Braldor stops in. The two exchange some words before Braldor makes an offer that Bavor simply can't refuse. But can he live up to it?

Dawn at the Parade Grounds finds three dwarves preparing for training..

Ambush on a Bree-Guard (IC)
Late night. Gaunt, a bree-guard running from an encounter with two trolls, flees to find an orc, Ruk'Zhak following his trail. The night has all but ended.

Meeting by the Bank (IC)
Thorak Silverfist meets Thari on the eastern bank of the Anduin on a cold dawn. They talk shortly, helping their friendship evolve.

Tending to the Sick (IC)
In the infirmary within the Beorning village lays Burdol, injured while upon the Old Forest Road. Later, a Beorning healer, Tybalt, joins him and helps to change the dwarf's bloodied bandages. One busy and one annoyed, they part after only a short time, perhaps for the better.

Tears in the Infirmary (IC)
Break of morning. Thorak enters the beorning infirmary, where all lie asleep apart from Thari the dwarf. He goes to speak with her, and they have a casual talk. She manages to make Thorak open his heart, and he soon breaks into silent tears. He finds comfort in her arms.

Meeting in the Rain (IC)
On a cold afternoon, the rain falls heavy on the dwarven settlement south of the Anduin Village. By her wagon, Thari meets Thorak who enter her wagon. They talk casually about the reasons for which they are here, and about Thari's wounds. The Justiciar leaves when the darkness grows and evening has come.

A New Apprentice and His Troubles (IC)
Early morning under the Iron Hills finds a very weary young dwarf, Iorthol, in the Earless Elf. Froldon (temp-alted by Burdol) joins him and, though reluctant to discuss the cause of his weariness, the two talk of Iorthol's new apprenticeship. Finally, they part after a good smoke to go their own ways.

A Meal of Dwarven Metal (IC)
As the Wilderland Wayfarers, a small caravan of tradesdwarves, rolls along the Old Forest Road into the heart of Mirkwood at night, they are waylaid by a small pack of wargs. The chief danger is the utter panic stricken upon the ponies, leaving only a few brave souls to fend off the warg's thirsting fangs.

Reprimand: Part Two (IC)
Following her reprimand from the Baroz Gathol Justiciar, Maena finds it no easy task to inform Thrak that she cannot join him on his journey. After dealing the Warder a second round of scoldings, Thrak forgives her oversight, and the two part on friendly terms.

Axe Astray (IC)
An outraged Warven meets up with Maena, and speaks of a missing axe!

Reprimand (IC)
Hearing rumors of one his warders, the she-dwarf Maena, having hired on with a dwarven caravan, the Justiciar Khazar eventually finds her on the Lower Landing of the Great Stairway. There he reprimands her initiative without order, reminding her of her precarious position as a female within the armed forces.

Gear for the Trail (IC)
A chance meeting in the Dragon's Breath leads to a master merchant selling his apprentice wares of war for defense on the road ahead of them.

Plotting the Course (IC)
A motley array of tradesdwarves gather in the quiet of the Longbeard Den, Under the Mountain, to hold private council concerning their caravan.

Gathering at the Woodpile (IC)
Early Morn when Thorak and a group of warders appear at the Communal Woodpile, just west of the Anduin Village. He is greeted by Hilde and her brother Vendi. Seeking the Laird, Grimbeorn, he joins a wounded merchant (Brynjolf) on his way into the village.

Stew in the Cold (IC)
Afternoon. South of the Anduin Village, between the Great River and the Mirkwood, lies a dwarven camp of warders. Veteran warder Harek can be found helping himself to the sweet stew of the day. Soon joined by Thorak, he begins discussing food and ale, but the topic quickly shifts to a more serious matter: The involvement of the Baruk Zirak in the Beorning lands. With no answers to give, their discussion is cut short by Runlin who arrives to present his stew. Shortly after, both warders leave the cook by himself.

Bad news for Justiciar Khazar? (IC)
Braldor meets Khazar in the hall of the Silver Axes. After exchanging some pleasantries, Braldor tells Khazar of the agreement he has reached with prince Bard of the dale-lands, regarding the hidden outpost that the dwarves and Bardings have planned to build. The agreement is not completely to the liking of Khazar, but Braldor must leave before they can discuss much about it.

On the Road again (IC)
Night of late Autumn. Runlin is on guard in the Camp of the Baruk Zirak, located just west of Esgaroth. He is soon joined by Justiciar Thorak, who asks him of the night's events. Reporting little, the warder leaves to sleep, being replaced by Thorak who cannot sleep. Then arrives Runir who discusses tactics with the Justiciar. After a short chat, the Justiciar leaves to sleep. He is replaced by the Veteran Warder, Runir.

Mustering the Cavalry (IC)
Autumn-afternoon in the Hall of Silver Axes. The engaged Justiciar Thorak is met by King Dain and Thane Braldor. The General recommends that the Uzbad holds a speech, and so Dain speaks. Followed by a note from the Thane, the troops finish their preparations and move for the Stables, to begin their march. As Braldor informs Dain of the meeting with Prince Bard, final orders are given and the King leaves. Thorak leaves then also, to begin on the long day's march.

Mugs of Coffee and Words of War (IC)
Autumn morning. KHAZAR enters the Longbeard Taverns and orders coffee when he is joined by THORAK. Their short conversation involves discussing possible promotions, results of the upcoming expedition to the Beorning realm. The Justiciar of the Baruk Zirak advises his companion to get some sleep and soon leaves the conversation to talk with some younger warders.

Evening Spar (IC)
At dusk in the Hall of Silver Axes, two dwarves come upon each other: Burdol the Locksmith and Runlin the Warder. The two agree to a friendly spar, lasting only a short time before they bid one another farewell.

Preparing the March (IC)
Early afternoon on a rainy autumn-day. Thane Braldor may be found in the Hall of Silver Axes, and is soon joined by Justiciar Thorak. The Military Advisor informs the warder of the meeting with Prince Bard, and in return the Justiciar tells of the journey to the Anduin Vale (+skim erebor-bb). Runlin witnesses this, though is sworn to secrecy. It ends with Thorak instructing him to rally the troops, and inform them of the situation.

A Lesson in the Dark (IC)
Runlin and Maena meet for a moonlight spar in an open bay near the summit of the Lonely Mountain; they are instructed briefly by Thrak, who employs strange methods on each of them.

A chat at the Marblehead Inn (IC)
Braldor meets Runlin at the Marblehead Inn, where they chat about several things. First about Braldor's trip to Dale, and then about a certain Maena, warder of the Baraz Gathol, who seemed to have angered Runlin after playing a foul deed during a sparring session. Braldor promises to look into that, and to personally see that this Maena is punished if she breached the discipline that is expected from all the dwarven warders.

The Road Before Us (IC)
The night is late, and the Stables Under the Mountain are all but empty. Throughout the course of the eve, four dwarves pack and prepare for the journey ahead of them.

Dozy Shift (IC)
Early dawn under the Mountain. The Hall of the Baruk Zirak is quiet as the dozy warder Odor is met by Thorak, his commanding officer. He interrogates him concerning the dealings of the night, which evidently is a matter the Justiciar needs to look closer into.

Decisions of War (IC)
Early evening on an autumn-day. The Hall of Dodin is busy, as dwarves of the Baruk Zirak practice the art of arms. On this eve meets THORAK, Justiciar of the Baruk Zirak, with KHAZAR, Justiciar of the Baraz Gathol. They barely manage to greet each other before they are joined by King Dain himself. The King consults the military-leaders on the Beorning situation and the war on their own front. No decisions are made, but thoughts are formed and plans for the War Council emerge.

A gentleman's agreement (IC)
Bard, Prince of the Dale-lands, meets with Braldor, Military Advisor to King Dain of Erebor. They talk about the construction of a hidden outpost, and they hammer out a small detail: who will be the commander of the outspost. After agreeing on that, Braldor departs in haste to Erebor, for many things are afoot.

Fun & Games (IC)
Class held by Thorak to explain the use of coded games in an IC environment. Due to the lack of proficient coders present, it also served as an introduction to code basics.

Teach & Trade (IC)
Late morning under the Mountain when Braldor, Thane of Bundazanul, can be found in the Chamber of Mazarbul. He is soon joined by both Thorak of the Baruk Zirak and Orn the Smith. The smiths make a deal, where Orn get's armor and a mace in return for promise of beautiful gems. Shortly afterwards, Thorak and Braldor may be found discussing Sindarin. The Justiciar helps him on his way, aiding him with phonetics and elven sounds.

Dwarven Rush (IC)
Morning rush under the Mountain. Gimlu runs into Thorak, who is quickly annoyed with the young smith. All is forgiven, however, and after Thorak points Gimlu to a master, their paths spread again.

Khazar is summoned to King Dain; war is near! (IC)
Khazar, Justiciar Warder of the Baraz Gathol, is summoned to King Dain to dicuss the future plans for the armed forces. Also bad news from the Beornings have reached the hill.

A plea for help (IC)
Cahl of the Beornings comes to Erebor seeking help from the dwarves. He talks first with Braldor, Military Advisor to the King; and then an audience with King Dain himself is granted. Will the dwarves help?

A new Guildmember (IC)
Orn, Runlin, and Braldor get together in the Blacksmith's Shop of Erebor in Trader's Way. There, after exchanging somepleasantries, Braldor asks Orn if he would like to become a member of the Guild. Orn's answer is that he'd like to, and that he'd like to become a Gemsmith, to which Braldor offers to look for a new Master from who Orn can learn this craft. Braldor also advises Runlin to be ready, for the order to move to a new base from where to harass the orcs of Sarn Goriwing might come soon.

Friendly Bar Chat (IC)
Ivar and Khazar find each other in the Longbeard Tavern and get aquainted.

A nightly spar (IC)
Braldor and Runlin spar in the Hall of the Silver Axes by the lights of the torches and lamps. Braldor notes Runlin has improved in his combat ability, and commends him for that. As Braldor departs, he tells Runlin that his battle prowess will be needed in days to come.

An audience with the King (IC)
Braldor reports to King Dain the news he brings about the Beornings, and specially about the Bardings and the proposal to build a hidden outpost in the southern part of the Dale-lands. King Dain commands Braldor to deliver a new message to the Bardings, and Braldor leaves in haste to comply with the King's orders.

A metal tabbard (IC)
A busy afternoon in the Mountain. Thorak can be found discussing armor with Orn when they are joined by Braldor and Thari. Braldor and Orn then continue with discussing armor and Thorak discusses Sindarin and a journey to Emyn Engrin with Thari.

A Morning Visit to the Sick (IC)
At dawn in the Lonely Mountain, when most would still be abed, a few dwarves are awake and restless within the Marblehead Inn. A sickly dwarf is visited by an old friend as the two exchange a few quiet words concerning the past days and also the ones still yet to come.

Hired Hands (IC)
Answering the call of an unidentified messenger, two apprentice merchants come to the Longbeard Tavern, seeking out Thrak Ravensong.

Friendly Faces (IC)
A quiet morning dawns, bringing the wounded Master Skald a pair of friendly-faced visitors.

An audience with Prince Bard (IC)
Braldor gets an audience with the Prince Bard of the Dale-lands, to whom he speaks about the dwarven plan of building a secret outpost to harrass the orcs of the Mirkwood. The Prince agrees in principle, but Braldor leaves to ask King Dain about some details, and to get some dwarven engineers to scout for an appropriate site for the outpost. NOTE:This was a FB RP.

An Unexpected Reunion in the Stables (IC)
Gilkin is on night guard duty in the stables of the lonely mountain. As Braldor arrives on his pony, Gilkin and Thari (who was secretly in the stables) go to greet him. Braldor is welcomed back by Gilkin as Thari relates the latest news...

A nightly snack... (IC)
Gazing apon the stars in the open courtyard Runlin and Warvin talk with eathcother as Runlin quickly makes some of his home made stew up on the spot....

A Spar in the Hall of Dodin (IC)
Chill rain drums down upon the sides of the Lonely Mountain, masking the descent of the sun, and hiding the last of its waning light. That rain is all but unnoticed by the denizens of the mighty dwarven hold, but the darkening light outside heralds the approach of night, and most of the resident dwarves are taking the time after dinner off for relaxation, smoking a pipe in their quarters, or enjoying an ale in the Longbeard, as often as not joined by their visiting kin from the Hills of Iron. As such, the Hall of Dodin is somewhat less populated than normal, the clash of steel on steel being not the usual deafening din that it is in the day's working hours, and the racks full of blunted and padded practice weapons are far more full than they usually appear. It is here where Runlin, Dari and Snorri are monitered on their skills in combat by the Veteran Ulri...

A Brief Sale (IC)
Dwarin, wandering about the Trader's Hall, takes an interest in the ware's of the Beorning merchant, Brynjolf. A sale ensues.

Vengence for Runlin (IC)
Runlin learns of his brothers death From Braldor, and now he seeks vengence for this brothers death.

Shadows of the Past (IC)
Orm and Balur meet again after many long years in the hall under the Lonely Mountain. Their meeting is replete with memories and a very large request.

Of Lost Treasure (IC)
Three dwarves meet in the Dragon's Breath one early morn, and birth a quest to seek out a stash of missing treasure.

Travelling through the Dale-lands (IC)
Braldor, Throvald, Thari, Christi, and Brynjolf engage in conversation as they travel through the Dale-lands on their way to Lake Town. The talk about various subjects, including orcs, healing, and the magnificence of Erebor.

Midnight Mordain Excursion (IC)
The Camp of the Beornings, and the Dwarves came too near to that of the Orcs, to their peril.

Farewell to a friend (IC)
Braldor prepares to leave Rivendell, when Gondramind enters. Both start to chat and exchange words of the dwarf's stay in Rivendell, and the honors bestowed on him. They also talk about Braldor's trip to Erebor, and about ffienship. The scene ends as they leave to go get a meal... and to spread some rumors about each other, jokingly of course.

Orcish scouts dismayed (IC)
An encampment of Beorning villagers, dwarven merchants, and Baruk Zirak Warders make their way through Mirkwood towards the Lonely Mountain. At dawn, while all sleep upon the crest of a knoll above the sea of trees, a dwarf and several of the humans wander down into the woods on errand to inspect strange sightings and sounds from within the brush. A few orcish scouts are spotted, and a battle ensues, in which the orcs are driven back before long. The dwarves suspect a future attack with much large force.

On the way to Erebor (IC)
Dyenli and Braldor talk about the road ahead, about the orcish menace, and about Erebor.

Of Rain and Dampening Spirits (IC)
On an early morning at Erebor, a gray drizzle gently sweeps down onto the Quiet Courtyard, where a few dwarves can be found. Runlin, a Warder, is joined by one Teglat. Shortly thereafter, after completing a barter with two customers, Burdol approaches the two. Teglat departs after a few brief introductions, leaving Runlin and Burdol to discuss the upcoming arrival of the traveling dwarves of Erebor. Burdol has words of advice to offer to a concerned Runlin before the two give their farewells and go about their morning business.

A plea for gold; A call for aid (IC)
Thrak enters the Great Beat Inn in search of the Laird of Beorning. His quest ends at one of the tavern's tables, where Grimbeorn and Thorvald discuss a scandal within their realm. The dwarf demands compensation in gold for lost ale, but the request is denied. Before he can lose his temper, Braldor of Erebor approaches and changes the subject. Thrak's plea for gold is set aside for a more important matter: the orcs of Sarn Goriwing. Amidst the talk, Coll delivers the dwarves a messge sent from Khazar.

An exchange of gifts (IC)
Braldor is in the Great Hall of Nos Menelmen, preparing to depart. Duinlas comes in, and they both start chatting. Braldor gives Duinlas a present for him and Dairwenraiel, a pair of beautiful golden chains with a pendant each. In return, Duinlas gives to the dwarf a parchment with a song he had written. After toasting with some ale that duinlas procured, Braldor retires to get some sleep before his departure.

The Challenge (IC)
Waving a banner Sognir, son of Motsognir, The Battle-roarer, stands in the Hall of the Silver Axes with a warrior's challenge: He asks to grant him a warder that I may face in combat. If he is victorious, Sognir claims he will give him a portion of my father's fortune. But if he wins, then the Warder is bound to him, and must aid him until they have forfilled a task. One dwarf steps forward...

Dwarves and Men in Amon Thranduil (IC)
Khazar, while taking his ease after his brief excursion to the western borders of Mirkwood, is beset by one of the Beornings, Coll. Discussion ensues, and the man Gregge also joins. Coll brings tidings of the dwarves that have already travelled westwards to Khazar, some of the news welcome, some not.

A farewell feast (IC)
The elves of Rivendell offer a farewell feast for the dwarves that have escorted them from Erebor. Merryment and song are made, and the elves hold special gifts for one of their guests: Braldor.

Released! (IC)
The healers Tinnulanthir and Glasiel come into the Infirmary of Rivendell, and examine Braldor, Duinlas, and Gondramind. Olathlinn also comes, bringing some books for those that still are in the Infirmary; while Benamar enters with a slight burn on his hand, which is tended by Tinnulanthir. Braldor and Duinlas are released from the Infirmary, while Gondramind is compelled to stay still some more days. However, Glasiel lets Gondramind take a stroll outside.

Of books and song (IC)
Braldor lies in the Infirmary of Rivendell, tended by the elven healers. The singer Nyashcala enters, bringing a gift for the dwarf: a book of lore. They soon get into conversation, as Braldor offers some dwarven tales about Moria. Duinlas wakes up and joins the conversation, and soon it steer towards the nature of Durin's Bane. Later Benamar enters, a bit burnt in one hand, and joins. The scene ends as Braldor goes to sleep.

It is early morning in the Hall of Silver Axes and Runlin notices a lonely Gunnar sitting by himself.

About Dwarves (IC)
Dwarves gather in the Great Hall of Thrain II.

Dwarven Tunnels (IC)
Oddir goes to the Bundazanul and Others firm to meet a representative about a job for Oddi and Sons. He speaks with Runir.

On the mend (IC)
Braldor wakes up and finds the elven healer Glasiel, who starts tending his wounds. They both chat about Erebor while the healer works, and finally Braldor falls asleep, as the healing ointments and Glasiel's song start to make efect of the dwarf.

Healing in Rivendell (IC)
Again, the elven healers tend those that lie injured after the battle with the Morian orcs. A small chat ensues as the healers busy themselves, and even ale, bread and meat are brought to those who are recovering.

A stubborn elf (IC)
The elf Gondramind tries to leave the Infirmary, even though he's still badly wounded, as he feels he must go look for Randinen, who created a distraction and drew some orcs away from the battle, making the flight of the elves and dwarves possible. All the healers and even wounded elves try to stop Gondramind; and even Braldor, in his own fashion, tries to prevent the elf of commiting such an act of folly. In the end, Gondramind sees the wisdom of staying in the Infirmary under the healers' care.

A cloaked figure in the Infirmary of Rivendell (IC)
Braldor awakens in the Infirmary of Rivendell, where he gets tended by a cloaked and hooded figure... Glasiel it is, although the elleth doesn't want the fact that she's there to be known. While Glasiel tends to Braldor, he talks a bit to Gondramind, who is also being tended by elven healers.

Battle of the Gladden (IC)
The dwarves and elves of Rivendell slowly make their way through the Gladden Pass, aiming to then strike North to reach Rivendell. But it seems their luck run out, as a screaming horde of Morian orcs attack them. The elves and dwarves manage to flee after fighting valiantly the forces of the shadow.

How to Purchase a Lock (IC)
Gamlin stops at the stall of the locksmith Burdol to borrow some pipeweed. Meanwhile Oddir also stops by to purchase a lock for his father. Haggling ensues.

A breif encounter in the hall of Grar. (IC)
Runlin stands there watching the morning trade when Oddir stumbles by Runlin helps him out a bit.

Looking for Gunfur (IC)
Braldor goes scouting with the elves Gondramind, Duinlas, Idhrendae, Helegrhofel, and Silothiel, looking for the dwarf Gunfur, who has disappeared. But soon they learn what happened to him, as they find the bloodied gear of their companion... and the grey fur of a warg.

Near the Gladden (IC)
On a chilly dawn, Braldor meets with Idhrendae and Gondramind. They begin to discuss Gondramind's ability as a cook. They then start discussing about a scouting mission to the Gladden Pass, to make sure that no orcs are about, and no traps lie in the Pass. They part to get the people that will scout the Pass, agreeing on meeting later to discuss strategy.

A Flood of Ale (IC)
To the dislike of the local Beorning villagers, a massive barrel of dwarvish ale is rolled into the Mad Dog tavern. Ignoring the rising irritation of the tavern's customers, the dwarves begin to spar in the middle of the room when, out of frustration, a Beorning woman shatters the massive container, drenching all who stand near in a flood of ale. Demanding refunds and smashing tables, the dwarves storm out.

A gathering before parting (IC)
Braldor finds Thari and Telger near a fire in a chilly night. he then tells them about his run-in with the Beorning Coll, and instructs them to be wary of Coll and the likes of him... and to not deal with the Beorning (unless their profit is outrageous, of course!) He then leaves to get some rest before he leaves with the elves, and his parting words to the two dwarves are of caution and his well wishes. NOTE: Small FB RP

Of attempted trade (IC)
During their stay, many merchants amble about the Beorning village, attempting to trade their various wares. Yet, not an item is sold. The local 'ruffians' seems quite different from the polished traders these dwarven merchants are used to. Throughout the course of this day, a dwarven warder falls unconscious in a tavern, and one of the Beorning Blacksmiths is offered an opportunity to visit the dwarves and learn of their secrets.

Of hot tempers and calming teas (IC)
Dwarves, elves and Beornings reunite during a chilly night, but what at first was a friendly get together soon turns into a fistfight, after Coll makes some remarks about the dwarves. However, everything calms down after a while, after Grimbeorn order Coll to be put in jail, and after the Beornings leave the dwarven and elvish camp. Braldor stays with Gondramind, Idhrendae, Silothiel, and Helegrhofel discussing about the road ahead, and after a while he leaves, as he needs to have some things straightened out before leaving the lands of the Beornings.

Scouting the High Pass (IC)
Braldor goes with the elves Gondramind, Idhrendae, and duinlas to scout the High Pass. After finding a screaming blizzard, the agree to try another road to reach Rivendell.

Near Beorning (IC)
Braldor has a small chat with Gondramind, Silothiel, Randinen, and Olathlinn after the passage of the dreaded Mirkwood. They talk about the road so far, and what lies ahead.

In the Beorning village (IC)
At last, the dwarves and Rivendell elves make thier way to the village of the Beornings. There they stop for much needed rest, and information about the High Pass. But they clash with some weird Beorning customs, and the warder Gunfur gets in trouble with the Beornings. After many excuses and a chat, the dwarves and elves leave to change for clothing less offensive to their Beorning hosts.

Into Mirkwood (IC)
Braldor and Gondramind chat as the dwarves and elves prepare to enter the Mirkwood. They talk about the road that lies ahead, and of their plans once they reach the western edge of the forest. They agree on going to the Beorning village, to escort the dwarven merchants, and to gather news about the High Pass.

A Merchants' Chat Before Dinner (IC)
It's approaching evening in the dwarf camp, which has recently just escaped the dark confines of Mirkwood. The merchant NORIN is sitting at the campfire in the center of town smoking a pipe, and so is DURRO (played by Balur). The two engage in a conversation which Norin seems to find quite amusing and in which the long-winded Durro presses for the answer to a question, which takes him a while to get. Durro wants to trade, and Norin offers an axe from his waggon. Haggling Ensues.

A warm song on a cold night (IC)
Just east of the borders of Mirkwoodwest, and west of the river Celduin, two merchants bound for the Anduin Valley gathered to the low-burning fire of their camp for warmth one late and bitterly cold night, while all else about them slept. As the merchant Norin sharpened his axe, Thrak joined him and the two soon plunged into a merry song of travel, which lightened the spirits of the wayfarers, who were so near to the grim forest.

A chat at dawn (IC)
The sun has not come up, but activity flares up in the elven and dwarven camps, as they prepare for breakfast, and then move camp. At dawn, Braldor meets with Gondramind, Gailluin, Idhrendae, and Helegrhofel and chats a bit about the road ahead, and about Gil-Estel, a star that seems to be revered by the elves.

To the Old Forest Road (IC)
Braldor talks with the elves Gondramind, Idhrendae, Aranellome, and Ailiell as they prepare to leave for the Old Forest Road, in their way to Rivendell.

Training and chatting (IC)
Thrak and Norin spar for a bit, while Braldor talks with Thari about the nature of elves, and of Braldor's opinion on the elves of Rivendell, Amon Thranduil, and the Golden Wood.

Leaving to Rivendell (IC)
The visiting elves of Rivendell depart, going back to their lands, with the escort provided by King Dain. Also, merchants of the kingdom under the Mountain leave, heading for the lands of the Beornings.

Of Talk, Ale, and Chess (IC)
The Master Skald arrives late in the evening at the Justiciar Khazar's quarters in Amon Thranduil. Talk of the elves and their King ensues, ale is served, and the two engage in a duel of wits in skill at the game of chess....

Dealing with weapons and armor (IC)
Norin comes to Braldor's shop, looking for his battle axe and the armor Braldor had offered. After some dealing, Norin leaves with a new battle axe, a new ring mail armor, and a steel helmet, while Braldor leaves with a very fat purse.

Dain's instructions (IC)
Braldor goes to speak with King Dain, regarding his mission to the lands of the Beornings and the Bardings. he also inquires abuot the escort the dwarves will be providies of Rivendell. Dain discloses his mind to his advosir, which then begs leave to go prepare for the trip.

Braldor is a THANE. (IC)
Thari visits Braldor in his office a few days after they had an argument over the visiting elves.

Dealing some weapons (IC)
Braldor is about to close his shop when Norin comes, and they start haggling for the price of a battle axe that Norin wants, after exchanging some pleasantries. Afterwards, Thari arrives, and she has a brief but heated exchange with Norin, who leaves after asking Braldor to engrave the Battle Axe's name on the haft. Braldor also promises to have some armor, which Norin has also requested. After that, Braldor starts haggling with Thari about the price of an axe, and the Veteran Ulri comes into the hall. He talk a bit with Thari and Braldor, mainly about Gluin's encounter with Easterlings in the Mountain, and Ulri's opinion of the new Steward of Barazin. Ulri leaves, and then Braldor and Thari agree on a price, after which Braldor closes his shop and heads to his chambers, to do some more work on clan business. In the end, a drunken Gunfur strides into the Hall, and falls asleep on a cart.

A Moring Chat In the Court Yard (IC)
Snorri sits alone on the marbel bench in the courtyard smoking his pipe just when a Gunfur and the elven lady Firithael show up. Soon after that Norin shows up. Gunfur and Snorri poke some fun at the dwarf and Nori Looks to trade. Soon everyone is drinking some of Gunfur's specail brew.

To strike a bargain (IC)
Gondramind, Idhrendae, Glasiel and Randinen come to the chambers of Thane Bundazanul to strike a bargain for the rose quartz. They get into negotiations after exchanging some pleasantries, and indeed the elves offer some things that Braldor can simply not refuse. After agreeing on the deal, the elves leave the Thane's chambers, while Braldor goes back to work.

The use of locks? (IC)
An early evening finds a group of Erebor's visiting elves outside the front gate. The locksmith Burdol, intending to have a quiet smoke, happens upon them and soon a touchy conversation is started. Lady Ailiell questions the smith on his wares, which he willingly brings forth. But as the elves find very little understanding in the concept of locks, the bartering becomes frustrating for Burdol. Finally, the elves depart, leaving a very irritated and red-faced locksmith to contemplate his own words.

An audience with King Dain (IC)
The visiting elves of Rivendell have an audience with the ancient dwarven King Dain, son of Nain and King under the Mountain. They carry a strange dwarven artifact, which they give to the King. Also, they ask for a force of dwarves to escort them back to Rivendell, as the roads are very dangerous. To this Dain says yes, and they part with kind words.

A breif encounter in The Hall of Nain (IC)
Gunfur was paying his daily resepcts to his brother when he ecounters/meets an elven lady named Aranellome. Aranellome has a quick chat with Gunfur the abruptly leaves to finish her mission.

Suspicions abated (IC)
Grimwulf comes to the chambers of the Thane of Bundazanul, where he's greeted by Braldor. Soon the visit's reason is known, for Grimwulf suspects the Rivendell elves might be up to something other than trade. Braldor quickly quells the warder's suspicions, and explains the reason of the elves coming to Erebor. The warder then presents his excuses for suspecting the elves, to which braldor says they're not needed, and commends grimwulf's discretion and common sense in dealing with his suspicions. Braldor even tells the young warder he'll talk to Cadash and Khazar when he sees them, given the good qualities grimwulf has shown in this issue. After that, Grimwulf takes his leave, while Braldor goes back to work.

Elves in Bundazanul Thingstead (IC)
An Imladhrim guest comes to the Thingstead to visit Thane Braldor, a fact which doesn't seem to please Thari very much.

To Strike a Bargain (IC)
Summoned by the elven King concerning the reason of his arrival in Amon Thranduil, Khazar soon finds himself negotiating fiercely with the wood-elves concerning about just exactly what the dwarves wish to accomplish with this new outpost. Adding some terms of their own, the King drives a hard bargain, perhaps driven by doubt of dwarven encounters in years long since past.

Of Chill Rain and Growing Fears (IC)
It is late night in the forests of Amon Thranduil and raining hard, but three persons are out in it the torrential downpour--Thrak, Alaira and Khazar. Unlikely though it be, this strange trio meets up nearby the Lakeside clearing.

A chat in the Longbeard Tavern (IC)
Braldor sits in a crowded Longbeard Tavern, when some cousins he knows start to file in. Also some of the elves of Rivendell show their faces in the crowded Tavern, and join the dwarves there for a drink of ale. Soon, the dwarf-elf enmity flares with some of the dwarves present, something Braldor tries to avoid at all cost. Chatter about Khazad-dum then starts, which helps to improve the atmosphere. After a while, Braldor is called and leaves the tavern, leaving the elves and dwarves chatting in a friendly way... or so he hopes.

Music, ale and some mysterious rose quartz... (IC)
The elves Gondramind and Idhrendae meet the dwarf Grimwulf at Dain's Way, where the latter is playing music. There they chat about music, drink and food. Then they decide to move to Longbeard's den and there they talk about travels; there, Firithael joins them, after which they talk about the object of the elven visit, the search for a rare rose quartz...

Chat in the First Hall (IC)
Braldor finds Olathlinn in the First Hall of Erebor, and they soon begin to chat about food and drink, and about the elleth's stay in Erebor. They are soon joined by Duinlas, Silothiel, Mingrin, Thari, and Norin. Duinlas says elves do not suffer from the effects of strong drink, to which Braldor replies he'll have to see it with his own eyes. After a while, Braldor excuses himself and leaves, not before telling Duinlas he'd like to listen to some of his singing in one of Erebor's taverns.

An Elven Pipe (IC)
While staying in Amon Thranduil amongst the elves, Thrak seeks the wood-carver Narufumelle and requests that she make for him an elven pipe to replace one he lost during Yule. Her price: the instrument of her choice from Thrak's wares. So one dreary morn the elf brings the finished pipe before the Dwarf, and a fine pipe it is indeed, but she adds another demand to the bargain... a tale from the Master Skald.

A Royal Welcome (IC)
Khazar arrives at the outskirts of Amon Thranduil in the dead of night, and finds three elves waiting for him. Upon discussion, it turns out that one is none other than the Elf King Thranduil himself. Tidings are divulged, and a Royal Court is arranged to be called to order.

Arriving to Erebor (IC)
The elves of Rivendell, guided by Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) finally make it to the Great Gates of Erebor, where they are greeted by Braldor, Thane of Bundazanul and Advisor to King Dain. Many fair words are exchanged, as Braldor meets many of the elves he had befriended during his time in Rivendell for Elrond's Council. The elves enter Erebor, and Braldor offers them rest before a small tour of the Mountain.

On the way to Erebor (IC)
The Rivendell elves, guided now by Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) and Thari, leave the dark forest of Mirkwood and start approaching the Lonely Mountain. However, their steps are cautious, for the orcs have grown bolder since the attack on Sarn Goriwing.

In Good Company (IC)
On an early Autumn morning in the Emerald Hall of Erebor, two dwarves meet: Burdol of Barazahar and Grimwulf of Sigin Taragathol. Pipes are lit as the two exchange pleasantries in front of the chamber's babbling fountain. Their conversation leads to the past months and Grimwulf, a newly-made Warder, speaks of his travels to the lands south of Erebor. Grim scowls are present as the talk turns to Mirkwood and the darkness growing there, but they part with simple talk of pipeweed, Grimwulf off to begin a guard duty.

Leaving Amon Thranduil (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) exits the tent after a good night's sleep. There he finds some of the elves from Rivendell he's been travelling with, and they soon start to chat. Runir tells them about another route they can take to reach Erebor sooner, and Gondramind says he'll send out trackers to make sure no orcs will attack them. Afterwards, they begin talking about ale and song, and about Erebor. Finally, Runir excuses himself, as he has things to attend to before they live the realm of the elves of the Mirkwood.

Before the Finals (IC)
(FB SCENE, to the Feast of Yule) The combat tournament of Yule draws near to an end, as Thrak and Burdol, both of the Iron Hills, spar for a spot in the Finals against Gluin of the Lonely Mountain. Amidst a crowd of eager observers, the two strive for this position. In the end, after a fierce duel, the son of Drak is the victor.

Talking at breakfast (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) finds Gondramind and Helegrhofel as he comes out of the elvish tent, after a good night's sleep. They start talking about their journey to Erebor, and about the dwarves that they have found in Amon Thranduil. Gondramind asks if they will join them on their trip, to which Runir replies they will. Finally, Runir departs to ask Thrak and Thari when they will be ready to depart for Erebor.

In Amon Thranduil (IC)
The elves of Rivendell and Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) have finally made it to the land of the elves of Mirkwood, where they take a small rest to tend their injured before continuing their trip to Erebor. In the woods, Runir runs into Thari, and then Randinen joins them. They talk a bit about how things have gone in Erebor, on why they're there, and about the journey that will take them from Thranduil's realm to the Lonely Mountain.

A Council is Called (IC)
Due to the Justiciar Khazar's reports on increased activity in the wild lands around the Mountain and the Hills, King Dain calls a Council of the military leaders from the two dwarf holds, and an interesting strategy is formulated to fight the increasing threat.

Before entering Mirkwood (IC)
Gondramind, Runir, Glasiel, and Olathlinn exchange some words about the trip to Erebor, the path they will take, and how much time it will be until they get to Tharnduil's hall. They also talk a bit about the dangers they might find under the boughs of the dreaded Mirkwood.

Battle in the Misty Mountains (IC)
As the small group of elves, an Arnorian, and dwarf comes down from the High Pass, they run into a group of Beornings. They start discussing about a toll the Beornings want to charge them to grant safe passage in their country. Soon a discussion erupts, which is cut short by the sudden attack made by some orcs that had been tracking the group. The orcs roll a large boulder down the mountainside, and come charging after it. Soon battle ensues, and the great troll Loke also comes into the fray. Both orcs and free peoples suffer heavy losses, and while the orcs flee back to the safety of their underground lairs in the Mountains, the free peoples flee towards the safety of a Beorning village. A large boulder rolled by the Beorning Karin strikes the troll, rendering him uncounscious, and giving enough time for the free peoples to flee to safety, carrying their wounded.

Planning (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) meets with the elves outside their tent, to discuss about the enemies that have been tracking them. The sit around and discuss the best strategy to use if they get attacked suddenly. Later, Gondramind comes and informs spotting a group of humans, and they all agree to go meet them. If they're Beornings, they will surely help in case of an attack.

In the High Pass (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) goes with the group of elves from Rivendell that have volunteered to go for the rose quartz offered by the dwarves, as well as to do other business with them. The group is joined by another group of Imladhrim that is coming back from a visit to Lorien, and they offer to join those going to Erebor. They make their way through the High Pass, ever watchful of the goblins and trolls that are supposed to live in the area. After some scouting, Runir reports that they're near the Foothills of the Misty Mountains, where they can set up camp and rest a bit from an already long and tiresome journey.

Departing from Rivendell (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) goes to the front porch of the Last Homely House, where he meets with the elves that are going to Erebor. There he watches as the elves get ready while idly talking (and sometimes singing), and after a while they all start to make their way to the Lonely Mountain.

Talk at the Bridge (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) finds Gondramind on the bridge of Rivendell. They start talking about the upcoming trip to Erebor, when they are joined by Duinlas, Idhrendae, and Gailluin. Gondramind exposes his concern about leading a large group of elves with little battle experience, given the many perils of the road, and Duinlas and Runir try to comfort him and advice him. Later, Idhrendae and Gailluin tell Gondramind that they will go to Erebor, and that they're aware of the perils they will face on the way. After that, they go for a less worrying subject, and start to talk about food and drink, after which they decide to move back to the Last Homely House and sample some of that.

Black Tidings (IC)
Khazar comes to the King's Chambers late at night, seeking Audience, and black news from abroad is divulged to the King Under the Mountain

Preparing to leave Rivendell (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) sits in the front porch of the Last Homely House, having a smoke and enjoying a beautiful warm day of summer. He is joined there by Gondramind, Silothiel, Thileithel, Miluin, and Gwamdir, and soon they start talking about their impending trip to Erebor. They mostly talk about the perils of the road and how they should prepare, but Runir also tells them of the marvels they will witness in Erebor, and of course the good trading opportunities they will have. The elves show some interest in acquiring more minerals, and Runir says that, although that's not his field of expertise, he can maybe manage to contact them with the right dwarf. Afterwards, they all part to start their preparations to leave.

Returning Worries (IC)
Late at night in the First Hall of Erebor, groups of dwarves meet the serene atmosphere for a good talk and smoke. Two such are Burdol, a locksmith, and Braldor, Thane of Clan Bundezanul. As both begin to discuss their worries about the coming days, they are joined by Melchor and Belin, and later the Warder Snorri. But all talk is ceased with the arrival of a weary band of elite soldiers, lead by Justiciar Khazar. If worries ran thick before, the troubled Justiciar's word can only deepen them.

In Rivendell's Hotspring (IC)
Runir gets a bit lost in Rivendell, and stumbles into the Imladhrim hotspring. He there finds Gondramind, Silothiel and Lamathinn, and they're soon joined by Idhrendae and Duinlas. There they chat about many things, including the relations between dwarves and elves, and of their struggle against the Enemy.

The Stone Hand (IC)
Runir finds Gondramind, Lamathin and Helegrhofel in the front yard of the Last Homely House. After chatting a bit, Lamathinn shows him an object that his parents discovered long ago in an excavation, and later gave to him. It's stone hand, and it seems to be a dwarven object, as Gondramind says. After Runir makes a fool of himself trying to play some music, Lamathinn shows how the object works. Runir then leaves, bidding Lamathinn to keep the object and to go to Erebor to learn more about it from the loremasters.

For a Pipe (IC)
Thrak, an elf-friend, was once given the gift of a wooden pipe from the making of a master wood-carver in Rivendell. The pipe was lost, for it fell to a stream in the halls of Sigin-Taragathol when the elf-friend sparred with a young dwarf. So in the elven lands of Mirkwood, Thrak seeks from Narufumelle a pipe kin to the old one, and offers any of his instruments in exchange. Under a warm summer rain, the two discuss the details.

Haggling for a necklace (IC)
Braldor goes into the Greathall of Thrain II and his attention is quickly drawn to a golden necklace in the stand of a dwarven jeweller. Glory, who has made the necklace with the help of her master, quickly comes to him, and they start to haggle for the necklace's price. At last, an agreement is reached, and Braldor leaves with the necklace and a beautiful carved box for it, while Glory gets some gold out of Thane Bundazanul.

A Quiet Morning (IC)
In the elven realm of Mirkwood, Thari and Thrak meet in the midst of the dwarven camp, near to the River Taurdin. Thari cooks a meal -- which only Thrak seems to enjoy -- and the two hold talk with Narufumelle, an elf of the wood.

Delivering Braldor's letter (IC)
As Arphedon Gondramind comes back to the Nos Menelmen Chambers, he finds the dwarf Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) sitting there, after being led there by Duinlas. They start chatting, and soon Runir gives Gondramind a letter sent to him by Braldor, as well as a sample of the rose quartz that the dwarves have for trading. Gondramind then tells Runir he will talk with the head of Nos Fithurin and with Elrond, to try to arrange a trip back to Erebor to negotiate the price.

Arrival to Rivendell (IC)
Runir, envoy of Thane Bundazanul to Gondramind of Nos Menelmen, arrives at Rivendell after a rather long and perilous journey. He's met on the Front Yard of the Last Homely House by Duinlas of the elves and Tuoreden of the Dunedain. After they start chatting, Lamathinn and Caralwen join them too. Duinlas extends Runir some elven courtesy and invites him to have something to eat and drink. After they move to the Dining Hall of Rivendell, they chat a bit while they have dinner, after which Runir retires for some much needed rest.

A Helmet for a Lock (IC)
Soon after dawn on the second day of Yule, dwarves begin to rise from their beds to wander the halls of Erebor. Among them is Burdol, Locksmith of Barazahar. In the Greathall of Thrain II he finds the Weaponsmith Braldor, and the two settle down for a good talk over pipes. In short time, however, they are joined by Snorri, a Warder on patrol. Soon Braldor and Burdol fall into bargaining, for Burdol desires a helmet for the tournament and other future needs. The deal ends well for both; Braldor walking away with a fine new lock, and Burdol with a fine new helmet.

The Thingvote of clan Bundazanul (IC)
After much debate, finally clan Bundazanul is holding their Thingvote to elect the new clan's Thane. Two khazad put their names up for the election, Braldor, son of Braldon and Balur, son of Nolur. After some words of the elder Bindur, and of each of the candidates, the Bundazanuls vote, and elct a new Thane!

Final Feast of Yule (IC)
The second day of Yule passed. Many tournaments filled the day, and there were many yet to come. During the feast itsself, there many songs, speeches, and toasts, all lasting late into the night...

Friends and tales of old (IC)
Just inside the gates of Erebor, the lone Skald Thrak sat upon the bridge and brooded upon grim thoughts. The gates were soon opened and in stepped the Steward of Clan Barazin, and after reuniting with his old friend Thrak, soon moved on to attend to business. Snorri appeared and asked for a tale from the Master Skald.

A chat in the Ravenhill Watch Post (IC)
Snorri is on guard duty in Ravehhill Watch Post when Braldor comes in, seeking a report on any movements seen by the guards. As nothing unusual seems to have happened (except maybe the appearance of strange birds flying to the south east), both khazad start chatting, and they're joined by Thorolf. However, the chat comes to an end when a khazad enters and informs that Braldor has been summoned by the King Dain himself.

The tourney begins (IC)
The tournament of Yule has started, and among the many spars scheduled lies one between Gluin and Braldor. They get to the hall of Dodin, and make ready. After exchanging a few words, they start with their battle, where finally Gluin gets the upper hand.

A chat at the Den (IC)
Thrak enters the Longbeard Den after some ale in the Longbeard Tavern, and there he finds Thari. Soon, they start chatting about each other's profession, the composition of songs and the selling of wares. Soon they are joined by Khazar and Braldor, who then join in the admiration of a harp that Thrak has produced. Soon however, the conversation shifts, and they begin to talk about Sarn Goriwing, and about the decisions taken at Elrond's Council. Khazar and Braldor exchange heated words, after which the Justiciar leaves before things get ugly. Braldor remains with Thrak and Thari, the Skald starting to play some music. After some words of advise to Thari, both dwarves sit to listen to Thrak's music.

Locksmith in the house? (IC)
Not long after the feast on the first day of Yule, while others continue to celebrate in over-crowded taverns, the locksmith Burdol busies himself during the late hour in a quite courtyard near the top of Erebor. Soon, however, his silent work in broken by the arrival of one Snorri, a young Warder of Farizhald. A quiet, black-bearded dwarf, Thorolf, is soon spotted admiring the statue of Mahal. In the spirit of Yule, all three agree to a drink at the Dragon's Breath Tavern, from whence Snorri has been sent to fetch a locksmith. With the needed repair worked out in short time, the three companions sit back to enjoy the remainder of the evening with their tankards of ale.

Burdol vs Melchor (IC)
At dawn on the second day of Yule, the Lonely Mountain is up bright and early, for there are many things to attend to. But in the Hall of the Silver Axes, despite its abundance of gathered dwarves, there is no cooking or music, for it is here that a combat competition is to take place. The opponents: Burdol and Melchor. After much breaking of wooden sparring hauberks, Burdol finally wins the day to go on in the tournament, though the two part with kind words.

First Feast of Yule (IC)
'Twas New Year's Eve in the halls of Sigin-Taragathol, and nearly every Khazad in Rhovanion over age 100 was gathered at the Feast of Yule. Many talks enued that night, mintrels played, and a Master Skald gave a toast to King Dain, in which the entire hall joined. As the night went on, both ale and food continued to flow, as did mirth and laughter...

Guild Inspection (IC)

From harps to heated discussions (IC)
Thrak enters the Longbeard Den after some ale in the Longbeard Tavern, and there he finds Thari. Spliting Chairs and Sparring Dwarves (IC)
In the early hours of the day, before the sun has even crested the edge of the horizon, two khazad of Barazahar are awake and roaming the halls of Sigin-Taragathol. They enter upon the Longbeard Den, alone save for two old drunkards. Skald and Locksmith take up weapons and, amidst the crunch of breaking wood, spar between themselves. But as dawn reaches its peak and others begin to stir, the two companions hasten to be gone from the comical scene of broken tables, chairs, and tankards, leaving behind only a pouch of gold and two snoring drunks.

The Beginning of Yule (IC)
The morning sun rises slowly over the Lonely Mountain, its golden fingers lighting the land. But on this morning it finds the mountain far from lonely. Bright banners of red, yellow, blue, green, black, and white flap wildly in the breeze, held high by dwarves of different clans, both of Erebor and Emyn Engrin. Loud greetings are shouted across the masses of dwarves as the caravan of Barazahar is welcomed with open hands. Even fireworks and a short speech from the King himself are in order. Eventually, with formalities over and done, waves of jovial dwarves head for ale wagons and instruments as the season of Yule is begun.

Meeting in the Bundazanul Thingstead (IC)
Braldor enters the Bundazanul Thingstead after his long journey to Rivendell. There he finds Thari, and they soon start chatting. politics is not the topic for once, but rather Braldor's trip to Rivendell, and the consequences of the Council held there.

Doing some business (IC)
Bainur finishes haggling some prices with a weaponsmith in the Guild Hall as Braldor enters. They soon get into conversation about Sarn Goriwing and Braldor's trip to Rivendell. Soon, Braldor brings up a deal proposed by an elf in Rivendell, which he thinks Bainur might be interested in. They start talking about the deal, and soon reach an agreement on how they are going to distribute the profit. Bainur will leave to Emyn Engrin to get enough rose quartz, which is what the elf wants; while Braldor will dispatch a courier to Rivendell with a letter and a sample of rose quartz given to him by Bainur.

A stranger's tale (IC)
In the warder wagon from Ered Luin, two dwarven brothers sit amongst a group of young khazad and tell many tales. When suddenly, out of the cold and rainy night, a small hooded stranger stumbles into the scene and asks for shelter. Soon, a riveting tale ensues from the unknown dwarf.

Looking for answers (IC)
Sognir (temp-alted by Thrak) goes into the Chamber of Mazarbul looking for some information regarding clan Bundazanul. There he finds Runir (temp-alted by Braldor), who offers to help Sognir look up the information he wants. Sognir then tells Braldor a strange tale of a hidden family treasure, and of his quest to look for it. Runir leads Sognir to the section where records of clan Bundazanul are kept, and both start to go over some texts. However, Runir has to leave as his turn for working in his father's forge is about to start.

A time for song (IC)
Elves, Men and Dwarves gather at the Front Porch of the Last Homely House to exchange some chitchat. Soon voices are risen in song, mainly by the dwarf Braldor and Lady Gilwen of Imladris.

Smith and Warder (IC)
Late night sparring in the Hall of Silver Axes seems to have become frequent among the Khazad in preperation for the tournaments of Yule. But this night a strange challenge is made, and a warder of the Baruk Narag spars with a skilled Lockmith as a merchant onlooker watches the duel.

In the caverns of Nos Menelmen (IC)
Braldor of Erebor goes to the caverns of Nos Menelmen, where the Menelmen elves have a feast for him. They chat of various things, including the upcoming Council, their shared love of caverns, and about songs and history. There is food aplenty, and ale and wine, and Braldor is guided through the different caverns of Nos menelmen, on which he comments extensively about their beauty. Finally, Braldor has to leave, as he must prepare with King Dain for Elrond's Council.

From Apprentice to Smith (IC)
The mountains of Barazahar are dark as the night lengthens, painting everything in blackness. However, below the rocky crust of the dwarven stronghold, within the cold, silent forges, two dwarves are still awake. The master locksmith Hanar has called his long-time apprentice Burdol to the forges to help finish a few locks for the morrow. But the locksmith's true intentions turn out to be much more.

In the Hall of Fire of Rivendell (IC)
Olathlinn and Thileithel sit in the Hall of Fire as Braldor comes in. The dwarf enters and sits, and soon starts chatting with the two elves. First they talk about the Council, but soon the subject change, and they talk about the caverns of Menegroth, and of Erebor. Finally, they start talking about Moria and the yearning that name brings to all the dwarves of Durin's line. After this Thileithel retires, wishing he meets Braldor at the Council or before.

A Quick Spar In The Hall of Silver Axes (IC)
The approach of the Yule season brings celebration and joy to all within the Halls of Stones. Burdol and Gilkin meet in the Hall of Silver Axes and begin discussing the upcoming festivities. As they both discuss the tournament, they decide that a little spar would make for great practice.

Swapping stories (IC)
As Braldor comes out of the wagon, he finds some elves and Men in the Front Yard of the Last Homely House, and soon they start chatting. Soon he starts swapping stories about the Battle of Five Armies with the elf Duinlas, and later about the sotry of Earendil with Gilwen of Imladris.

Chit-chat in the Front Yard (IC)
It's midafternoon, and everything is made ready for the Council. However, Far seems to have drank a bit too much of elvish wine, as he comes singing out of the Last Homely House. Soon he is joined by Grimbeorn and Braldor, and the three start talking about pipeweed, and then about each one's preference in brews. They are also joined by the elf Helegrhofel, and the elf Duinlas afterwards. Soon however, the topic changes to more serious matters (although still Far tries to sing every now and then), and about the elves of Lothlorien.

Training with a locksmith (IC)
Burdol wanders around under the Mountain, and in the Hall of Silver Axes encounters Findon, a Warder. With him he trains in battle-axe and Pim watches also.

In the Hall of Songs of Rivendell (IC)
The Hall of Song of Rivendell is bustling with activity, as memebers of the different peoples gathered for the Council get together. Soon all of them begin to talk, and elvish, dwarvish and even a Dale-lands song can be heard by those gathered within.

Harsh words at the Bridge (IC)
Arinkalya and Vinyarod are talking in near the shore of the Bruinen when Braldor comes down the trail, singing. They soon start chatting about the Council, and Braldor speaks about the fell things he saw in Mirkwood. Soon Duinlas and Khazar join. Vinyarod, once more, assumes an condescending attitude towards the dwarves, which angers both of them. Khazar reacts, and both Braldor and Duinlas try to calm both Khazar and Vinyarod. Tempers start to get out of control, but Khazar finally listens to Braldor's words and decides to leave. Braldor directs some words to Vinyarod, recriminating him for his attitude, before also leaving.

Gathering of Lore (IC)
Early morn in Imladris, as Gluin enters the famed Library of Elvendom, home of Lore collected through all three Ages. Meeting Idhrendae and Olathlinn of the Imladhrim, they discuss much. Amung the topics is the philosophical definition of evil, connected to the Wars of Eriador.

Training under the Mountain (IC)
Under the Mountain, one Findon finds Belin training in arms, and so helps and assists him.

Heated discussion at the porch (IC)
In a cool, starry night the elf Thileithel stands at the porch. Soon, Braldor the dwarf and Vinyarod the elf join him, and a conversation ensues. They are joined by several other elves, a couple of Beornings. Soon the conversation takes a wrong turn, as Vinyarod and Braldor start again discussing about dwarves and elves, each with very different points of view. Things start to get ugly, and King Dain himself gets out of the dwarven wagon to investigate what was happening. Also, Duinlas of Rivendell arrived, and Ceorn and him, with cooler heads, prevail in counseling to calm down. Vinyarod, who didn't even acknowledged Dain's presence, angered the King, who departed with angry words. Vinyarod also left, and Braldor finally asked for forgiveness to their host if his words had caused any problems (which Vinyarod didn't do, of course).

Unrest in clan Bundazanul (IC)
Belin is in the Bundazanul Thingstead, when young Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) comes in. Soon, the young dwarf gets into a heated argument about the Bundazanul Thingvote, which attracts Belin's attention. Belin then asks who is running for Thaneship, and a discussion between Belin and Runir starts. After exchanging some fine points of debate, both dwarves withdraw, as the day wears on and they have other things to do.

A chat at the porch of Elrond's House (IC)
Braldor, a dwarf from Erebor, is sitting at the porch of the Last homely House in the Valley of Rivendell, admiring the sunset. Gilwen, an elf of Rivendell, joins him at the porch and they start chatting.

What news from abroad? (IC)
In the halls of Barazahar, late at night during Yuletime, many dwarves are still awake. Amongst a group of Farizhald clansmen, the dwarf Burdol enjoys a good smoke. Cadash joins him and the two exchange words on what news of King Dain's journey has been received. Talk of the dark days to come follows, but with their faith in Mahal, they part with hopeful hearts.

A visit in the High Pass. (IC)
King Dain steps out of his wagon one late eve in the High Pass to enjoy the cool night. He is soon payed a visit from the skies, for Ramafaroth, an eagle of the north, recalls an old alliance with the King of Khazad folk. They are soon joined by Ceorn of Beorning, whom the bird recalls an old grievance with.

Meeting a stranger in Mirkwood (IC)
The small dwarven caravan is on its way through Mirkwood towards Imladhrim as Dain, King under the Mountain, meets a strange looking human, clad in brown robes. Could this be Radagast, the brown wizard?

Master and Apprentice (IC)
In the deep forges of Barazahar, a master locksmith and his apprentice Burdol meet. The two discuss their current business as they go about forging new locks.

A chance meeting in Celebannon (IC)
Braldor gets down from the wagon where the Erebor dwarves are travelling to Elrond's Council in Rivendell. He engages in conversation with three elves, one of which knows the real purpose of the dwarves' trip. After a while, the elves leave, leaving Braldor alone to smoke his pipe and think of what is coming.

A letter from Lord Armoor (IC)
Dain, King under the Mountain, gets a letter from Lord Armoor of Dale delivered. After a short explanation from Braldor, one of his advisors, he meets the Lady Ardanach, who brought the letter.

Nyradolg (IC)
War is being waged in Mirkwood. In battle, the dwarf Thrak lost his prized battle axe Nyradolg (the cunning foe). As he ventures into the forest to seek it, the lady Casidhe of Esgaroth offer to aid him on his hunt.

Songs of War (IC)
After the war in Mirkwood, Burdol and Thrak are pleased to once again be in their own halls. But talks of wars past and wars to come ensue...

News about King Dain (IC)
Braldor finds the elf Thileithel, envoy of Elrond. After some chit-chat, Braldor tells him that word have finally reached him from King Dain, and that he's on his way to attend Elrond's Council. Braldor also tells the elf that they would probably be making the trip with the dalemen, so that the goblins of the High Pass think twice about attacking such a large force. He also asks who will be attending the Council, and the elf replies that the Dalemen, Beornings, the elves from Mirkwood and of the Grey Havens have also been summoned. Braldor then says that he hopes that, with the wisdom of so many people, a good plan can be devised to finish the threat of the forces of the dark Lord in the North, to which Thileithel agrees. Afterwards, the elf says that he should be going to Thranduil, to have everything ready. Braldor wishes him luck, and the elf departs.

A message from Elrond arrives (IC)
Thileithel and Linnuial, messengers from Elrond, arrive to the Lonely Mountain looking for Dain, son of Nain. But instead they find Braldor and Kazador, who inform them that King Dain has set of the halls of the Iron Hills. Thileithel lets the dwarves know that Elrond has called for a Council in Rivendell, due to the rising of the dark forces. They had expected King Dain to be present, and cannot spare time to make the trip to the Iron Hills to deliver the message. Braldor then assures them that he was planning to go to Emyn Engrin himself as he has messages for King Dain too, but since the news brought by the elves are urgent, that he'll use a speedier method (OOC: he'll use the Ravens of Erebor to deliver that message to Dain). After asking the elves to stay until a message from King Dain is received, Braldor withdraws to ahve the message sent; while Kazador escorts the elves to their accomodations in the Mountain.

New Steward of Clan Barazin (IC)
A busy night in the Greathall of Thorin Oakenshield is interrupted by the announcement of a new Steward, Gluin son of Glaen. The ceremony is held by Helduin son of Ulduin, Clan Elder.

A messenger from Elrond (IC)
Braldor is nearing Erebor when he finds Thileithel, envoy of Elrond of Rivendell. After exchanging greetings, Braldor asks what brings him to Erebor, and Thileithel replies that he has a very important message for King Dain from Elrond. They then exchange some news, and Braldor warns the elf of the risks of Mirkwood when going back to Imladris. Braldor promises to talk to King Dain, so he'll grant an audience to Thileithel as soon as possible. After this, both part, as Thileithel waits for his companion Linnuial and Braldor continues on his way home.

The Return of Lord Ilwinter (IC)
Braldor had gone in search of Brandon, High warden of the Royal Wardens of the Dale-lands. Mica, second-in-command of the Royal Wardens, and Miara, a healer of Esgaroth, are in the Bridge, when Braldor comes back, very wounded. With him come a wounded Royal Warden and three dwarves, which Braldor had taken for this search. With them they carry the bodies of Brandon, Lord Ilwinter, of Nalra, Royal Warden, and of Narli, dwarf from Erebor. All go to the Healing Hall, where the wounded are taken care of by Miara. In there, after exchanging some corteous words with Mica, Braldor names him dwarf-friends and gives him a short broadsword of his. The weapon has the device of Clan Bundazanul. This token, Braldor assured, will grant Mica entrance into Erebor, and the help of any dwarf. After this, Mica goes out, to tell the Dale-lands people of the death of the Captain of the Royal Wardens, while Braldor stays for some days in the Healing Hall, tending his injuries.

Uncovering Tanin's Secret III (IC)
Braldor has an interview with Reef, Sargeant of the Esgaroth Guard. The dwarf asks the Sargeant of Tanin's activities, both before and after his disappearance. Reef says that, to his knowledge, tanin has done nothing wrong, and that the rumors that are on the streets might be due to some powerful enemy, since Tanin had been a prominent figure of Esgaroth. After this, Braldor retires, and Reef assures the dwarf that, if the rumors has any base, he will act against Tanin, but that for now all he had were unbased rumors.

Uncovering Tanin's secret II (IC)
Braldro has an audience with the Arathmor Lord, Armoor. Here he learns a bit more about Tanin, his rise to Lord of Arathmor, and his leaving. He also learns of his supposed connection with the Thieves' Guild of Esgaroth, and his relationship with mercanaries of the South and East.

A small chat in the Hall of Nain (IC)
Runir (temp-alted by Braldor) meets Barfur in the hall of Nain. After exchanging greetings, Runir's troubled face makes barfur ask what is going on, and if he can help. Runir explains that there is unrest in Bundazanul, and that many feel that an election should be made of a new Thane, since the last one has disappeared. Barfur offers some advise, and Runir agrees with Barfur's ideas of contacting clan elders to gain their support. After that, Runir leaves for the Bundazanul Thingstead, to start working.

Nearing home (IC)
Less than a day from their mountain home of Barazahar, Khazar and Burdol join for a conversation over a tankard of ale and a good pipe. Even as talk turns to the dwarves' uncertain future, both are content to rest in the merry, homecoming atmosphere.

A Lesson From Thrak (IC)
Burdol and Gilkin meet Thrak at the edge of the small Emyn-Engrin encampment. Thrak offers to train the two dwarves and Burdol learns a valuable lesson, indeed.

Looking for Lord Ilwinter (IC)
Mica, second in command of the Royal Wardens of the Dale-lands, comes to the dwarven embassy in Esgaroth looking for Braldor and news of Lord Ilwinter, captain of the Royal Wardens. Since Braldor has no news of him, he volunteers to go back to Mirkwood and look or the lost Lord Ilwinter.

Clan Barazin chatter (IC)
Gluin and Throin meet again, this time in the company of several of the Clan Barazin elders. Throin gets introduced, they talk a bit, and then part.

Tanin's mystery... (IC)
Braldor has a meeting with Lord allaban, Lady Ardanach's father, of House Arathmor, to try to get some information on tanin and his activities.

Meeting in the Greathall (IC)
Gluin is met by Throin. Gluin speaks of his time in Mirkwood, and Throin listens. They become good friends.

Guild Messaging (IC)
Gluin and Findon discuss Guild matters, as Findon returns from Erebor. Findon brings news concerning the Guild and Braldor is anxious to hear it.

The March (IC)
The combined forces of Dwarves, Men, and Elves prepare to march against the fortress of Sarn Goriwing... for what is hoped to be the last time.

Breakfast, Talk, and Training (IC)
A group of Dwarves from Erebor and Ered-Luin share a morning of breakfast, talk about the impending battle with the Orcs, and training for it.

Breakfast in the dwarven camp (IC)
As the first light of dawn can be seen, activity sparks up in the dwarven camp located in Mirkwood. As the dwarves gather for breakfast, news and gossip go around the table...

Tree and Elf (IC)
An encounter about a tree between an Elf and two Dwarves. Soon a whole party gathers.

A War Council of Dwarves and Men (IC)
The dwarves of Erebor and Ered Luin and the Men of the Dale-lands gather in council to decide the next move against the orcish fortress of Sarn Goriwing.

Battle of the Emyn-nu-Fuin (IC)
On the western side of the mountains of Mirkwood, a company of dwarves begin attacking a large contingent of orcs outside of their defenses. The battle ends with the orcs in retreat and the capture of a orc captain.

Fire and Song (IC)
Two dwarves share a fire and some song after a long, dark, and rainy night under the eaves of Mirkwood. Sometimes the largest battles are between hope and despair.

A Questionable Breakfast (IC)
Two Dwarves talk over some breakfast--just how safe is the meat from a beast of Mirkwood?

An alliance of Dwarves, Elves and Men assault a Mordain caravan, within the eaves of Mirkwood.

Promotion in the Guild (IC)
The Guild hall is full of life, when Gluin meets his master Bainur. However, when Bainur announces Gluin is to be promoted and the crowds go wild!

Meeting in the War Camp (IC)
Dwarves of Erebor and Emyn-Engrin are once again gathered in an huge war camp heading for the foul fortress Sarn Gornwing. A meeting of the military leaders from Emyn-Engrin is disturbed by an arriving group of riders in the midst of another rainy night.

Thaw Festival - Closing Ceremonies (IC)
The presentation of winners is given as the Thaw Festival draws to a close.

Trouble on the Old Forest Road (IC)
A group of Ravenfeather Scouts from Emyn Engrin scour the Old Forest Road after hearing of an Orc blockade. Find it they did, but much the same as "hoot[ing] twice like a barn owl and once like a screech owl" didn't work for Thorin and Co., it didn't work well for the scouts on this day. In the end, the trio makes a good showing for themselves before falling back to enlist some reinforcements.

Pipe-weed in the Rain (IC)
Dorni is on patrol just outside the Dwarvish camp in the middle of Mirkwood. Cadash comes stompin' up and gives her a pipe of pipe-weed, Dorni gives it a puff and almost dies. And of course, it's rainin' and pouring.

Battle in the Trollshaws (IC)
The travelling Emyn-Engrin camp is attacked late at night by two silly Trolls, Lou and Gogger. Dorni, Hagrib and Cadash along with many other Dwarves are forced to defend their camp.

Bandit in the Darkness (IC)
Dorni is on guard in the middle of the night when the bandit Kirdale strikes the camp.

A Grey Wanderer Under Hills of Iron (IC)
Gandalf the Grey appears at Thorin Stonehelm's bidding in the Iron Hills to take council about the discovery of an ancient Dwarven artifact.

Feud in in the Marblehead Inn (IC)
Gluin, wounded from an earlier battle, resides in the Marblehead Inn for a drink. Khasar, Easterling Soldier, comes up to speak to Gluin. Gluin, from the earlier incident, was enraged at the Easterlings and spat at him and insulted him. Khasar knocked out Glu with a stool and Thelm defended Glu. It all ends with Gonashib defending Khasar, Thorgrin and Thelm defending Gluin and eventually Ulri arrives (Temp-Alted by Khazar). He then stops the madness and arrests Gluin, Thelm and Khasar for violence. They are put in cells and await judgement under a Trial.
