A group of Beornings tracking the troop-movements of Morian orcs are ambushed in the foothills of the Misty Mountains among a field of boulders. Arrows are loosed. Horns are blown. Blood is shed.

Brynjolf is Thrown in Thranduil's Prison (IC)
After a long trek through Mirkwood in the hopes of selling goods to the elves of Amon Thranduil, the caravan has reached the border and stopped. Brynjolf goes on ahead to ask Thranduil's permission to enter, gives him a big shiny cloak, and is thrown in prison.

A Caravan is Arranged For (IC)
Brynjolf the Trader organises a caravan, sells a pair of trousers to an elf who needs them as soon as possible, and speaks with Thileithel of Imladris. Adan participates, and points the way to the purveyor of trousers, and Hilde joins in the bargaining process.

A Madness (revised) (IC)
Erik was teaching Vottir to read in the House of Records, when Hatch and his friend Emerack came in, drunk as dogs. One thing lead to another and before you know it, Hatch went nuts and nearly ended up killing Erik, Vottir, and Adan. They were rushed off to the Infirmary and Hatch was thrown in jail.

Beorning Escort Service, inc (IC)
It was next to the Outpost, and Brynjolf had traveled up there with his arm in bandages to talk with Haldir, who had recently caused quite a stir in the course of attempting to make idiots out of a couple of guides without revealing his name or his business in Beorning. On his way, he met Aewidhrin and Urmaeg, whom he greeted warmly, and bid come into the outpost to receive Beorning hospitality. The two were not certain whether they wanted a guide through the High Pass, but Adan, who was happening by, reminded them that they'd have to pay the toll regardless. Vottir and Iduna showed up now, and began commenting upon elven physical appearance. As Adan was offering Aewidhrin and Urmaeg food, Haldir appeared. Brynjolf left the other elves and inquired as to how the Beornings could 'aid Haldir in his business in the Anduin valley'. Haldir, who apparently did not want his business in the Anduin valley to be known, said that his business was done and he'd be leaving. Brynjolf, who wanted to make sure of that, insisted that a small party of Beornings escort Haldir to the border, to 'ensure his safety.' Now, Haldir really, really didn't want an escort, and it took Brynjolf quite some time, but ten NPCs are escorting Haldir to the border.

Haldir Son of Iphant (IC)
Aduranith is spotted by two guides, Adan and the temp-alt Antir. As they go to greet him, Haldir sneaks around ten yards from them, and is seen. Though for some time he pretends to be a guide, Haldir Son of Iphant, he is found to be an elf. (He kept calling people 'my good man' and he thought guides were soldiers) He almost arouses the Beorning Guides' suspicions enough for them to attack him as a spy, but after a while he gives it up and comes with them to the Outpost.

The Strangest Dance, and The Morning After (IC)
It is a festival in the Anduin Village, and the dwarves and elves have come visiting. Strange things happen, a race is run, and a dwarf ends up dancing with an elf, which is not something you see every day. Or century. And, an eagle showed up.

Vain, the Spider Skald, who had been at large for a long time, comes to the village and fights the villagers. Anayeut reveals herself as a Spider-Clanner and also joins the fight. Though they wound everyone they fight, they are killed, beheaded, and hung by their heels in the Mirkwood. Their heads are stuck on pikes in the crossroads. After that, everyone repairs to the infirmary for a drink and a bandage.

Elizande ran on to the tavern to see how they would take to her new mix of mead, leaving Adan and Bruni with the other jug. They met Hralthorn on the way, and, after a devious suggestion from Hralthorn, Bruni and he took a small swig, and it was indeed very good. They talked of elves and their beautiful language, before arriving at the Tavern. Bruni then had to leave, giving the jug of mead to Hralthorn to take inside and enjoy some relaxation.

Neither has any idea how, why, when, or "if" but as more and more of the Beorning camp gets involved, the situation erupts into screams, accusations, pummeling, and threats; and ends with wedding plans whether the couple themselves like it or not.

Hakuin in quest for his father's past (IC)
After having learned that his father has died a traitor to Anduin Village, Hakuin wanders several days aimlessly until he is found fainting at the crossroads by the Healer Valdi. The latter brings Hakuin in safety, then to the infirmary. Paying him a visit later, Valdi promises to obtain help from the Scholar Solo, to give Hakuin more information about what happened with his father. A few days later, Solo appears in the Infirmary and reveals important facts to Hakuin. The log was played in three rp sessions.
